Roasted Eggplant Garlic Paste
Roasted organic Ontario eggplant is blended with raw organic garlic and sea salt and fermented for at least 1 month in the summer. We only make this once a year! Whisk some into your eggs, use as a marinade base, or throw some into sautéing mushrooms. Also great as a boost to soups and stews.
